A deposit will be required on booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total cost. The full balance is due four weeks prior to arrival. If a cancellation occurs six weeks or more prior to arrival date, 20% of the deposit will be charged. Within six weeks of the arrival date the deposit is non-refundable. If the rooms are cancelled within 4 days of arrival no refund will be given as we will have turned down other clients in order to hold your rooms for you. Thank you for your understanding.
